Golf Fitness Program

The Golf Fitness Program is personalized for each individual. With The Golf Gym Approach we create a unique program to keep you injury free and performing at your potential, it all starts with a TPI Fitness Assessment and K Vest Swing Analysis.

Movement/Power Assessment

We don't guess. We utilize assessments from TPI to assess your mobility, stability, flexibility, strength, power, and balance.

The K-Vest is used to analyze your golf swing in 3D. We get immediate feedback to help improve consistency and power of your swing.

Power Training Program


The Power Training Program is 8 week program. Training is 2x per week for 60 minute sessions. We’ll prepare your golf body to move faster than ever and add distance off the tee.
