The Golf Fitness Program is personalized for each individual. With The Golf Gym Approach we create a unique program to fit your needs, starting with a TPI Fitness Assessment and K Vest Swing Analysis.
What you can expect from Golf Fitness at The Golf Gym
We don't guess. We utilize assessments from TPI to assess your mobility, stability, flexibility, strength, power, and balance.
The K-Vest is used to analyze your golf swing in 3D. We get immediate feedback and use this to increase consistency and maximize power output of your swing.
The Power Training Program is 8 week program. Training is 2x per week for 60 minute sessions. We’ll prepare your golf body to move faster than ever and add distance off the tee.
The Game Improvement Pack is a 16 week program designed to improve your overall game and fitness simultaneously
